Qualification Requirements:

_Fluent written and verbal Chinese and advanced English written and verbal communication skills
_Degree qualified in a business development, marketing or related profession and ideally between 3-5 years experience
_Experience in the property/construction/design industry is ideal but not essential
_A high degree of personal energy, maturity and initiative
_Knowledge in MS office applications and Chinese word typing
_ Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotion planning strategies
_ Knowledge of design concept and space planning
_Ability to plan activities and information distribution, to work well under pressure
