In June 2013, to further enhance the quality and image of city construction, the HulunBuir municipal Party committee arranged for construction surveys of major cities in the USA and CANADA, with their advanced ideas and experiences of planning and construction as references to enhance the comprehensive level of city construction and tourism services. MYP accompanied with them as the long-term partner, and investigated mainly the riverfront construction projects of Toronto presided by MYP.
