The project is located in the Luoyan scenic area of East Lake.

With “Yunmengze” as the theme, the program proposed to set purification wetlands, to enhance regional affinity, to build scenic typical of East Lake, focusing on thematic culture, ecological leisure, farming experience, specialty catering as a whole. Planning Area will become city leisure tourism zone unique of ecological wetland, creating the classical "postcard" image in hand with Moshan. It has been of highly recognized by both the management Commission of East Lake and Wuhan City Planning Bureau.
